Shipping

When will my order ship?
We understand you want your products as soon as possible and make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as we can. All products are custom scented and made to order.

Estimated processing time is currently 10 – 15 business days (weekends and holidays are not
included). The time begins the first full day and ends when the package is shipped. During sales or special promotions, it may take slightly longer due to increased order volume.

How much does shipping cost?
All domestic orders within the U.S. are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation for a flat rate of $7.95. If the actual cost is less, we will refund the difference when the package is mailed. Transit time will vary depending on location.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes!
We ship internationally via USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate. Our shopping cart cannot calculate the cost at this time, so please select the "International/Local Pickup" option.

Payment is processed when an order is placed
, so shipping will be charged separately to the same credit card used for the order. For Paypal, we will send an invoice which must be paid before the order ships. Any taxes will be deducted.

There is a maximum weight limit of 4 pounds for the small box and 20 pounds for the medium and large boxes.

We are required to declare actual contents and value on customs forms, so fees/taxes may be charged by your country’s customs authorities. Please be aware of your country's import regulations.

Flutterby Beauty™ is not responsible for items held or destroyed by customs officials. Transit time will vary depending on location.

Can I insure my package?
Shipping insurance is available. Flutterby Beauty™ is not responsible for uninsured packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged. Current domestic and international rates are available on the USPS website.
Domestic customers, please select the appropriate amount from the "Package Insurance" section. International customers, please let us know in the "Special Instructions" section on the payment page during the checkout process if you would like to purchase insurance and we will add it to the shipping total. 

Payment & Ordering

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards through a secure server as well as Paypal.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours if fulfillment has not started. If products have already been made, then a 25% cancellation fee will apply. Please email us to find out the status. After 24 hours, orders cannot be canceled. We reserve the right to modify or cancel orders. Reasons may include, but are not limited to exceeding limitations on quantities available for purchase or unforseen issues that might prevent us from fulfilling an order.

Can I add or change to my order?
Once an order is submitted, it is final and no changes can be made because that would slow down order fulfillment and increase processing time.

Why is there a limit on the number of small items that can be purchased?
Small sizes are offered because we understand the importance of trying different products and scents before purchasing larger ones. They take a considerable amount of time to make, so there is a limit in order to keep fulfillment time reasonable so we can ship as quickly as possible.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange a product?
All sales are final. There are no returns or exchanges because all products are custom scented and made to order.

What happens if there’s an issue with my order?
If there is an issue with your order when you receive it, please email us immediately. If we are not notified within 5 days of receipt, acceptance of the order in the condition it was received is implied. Flutterby Beauty™ is not responsible for uninsured packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged. We may ask that defective items be returned. If that is the case, shipping will be reimbursed upon receipt.

Products & Scents

Is custom blending available?
Yes! Select "Custom Scent" from the drop-down menu and specify which fragrances (maximum of three) you would like to combine in the "Special Instructions" section on the payment page during the checkout process. If you need help, please feel free to email us.

What if I want a fragrance that's not listed on the Scent Menu?
If you want a specific scent we do not currently offer, we are happy to look into creating or obtaining it. Please email us to discuss.

Are there any precautions I should take when using the products?
Products are for external use only. Please discontinue use if irritation occurs and consult a physician if necessary. Keep out of reach of children. We recommend testing new products and fragrances on a small patch of skin before use. If you have allergies, please check ingredient listing to avoid any items that may cause a potential reaction. Do not use products on broken or irritated skin unless it is approved by a physician. Pregnant or nursing mothers should consult a physician before using products containing essential oils. Flutterby Beauty™ is not liable under any circumstances for any issues that may result from the use of our products.
